This partnership was established through a minority recapitalization of FRG, with Main Street providing a combination of first lien, senior secured term debt and a direct equity investment.
FRG’s founders and management team worked closely with Main Street to complete this transaction, which will strengthen the company’s financial foundation and support continued growth in serving clients with advanced risk management solutions.
